🌸 Our Story
👀 At a Glance
Feeling Visible began with a simple belief: invisible needs deserve to be seen. Our guides use gentle language, clear icons, and soft visuals to make support accessible and emotionally safe for children and families. We exist to bring clarity, trust, and warmth into everyday moments of care.
🌱 Why We Began
Feeling Visible started with a simple belief: invisible needs deserve to be seen. Too often, children and families face uncertainty, confusion, or overwhelm when navigating support. We wanted to create a space where clarity, warmth, and emotional safety come first.
🛤️ The Journey
Our guides grew from listening closely to children, families, and educators. We noticed that many resources felt clinical or heavy, leaving people unsure how to use them. So we began designing toolkits that are:
-
Gentle in language — words chosen to reassure, not overwhelm.
-
Visually clear — distinct icons and soft colours to anchor understanding.
-
Modular — simple steps that can be picked up and used right away.
Every sentence, icon, and layout has been refined with care, so that support feels accessible, inclusive, and emotionally safe.
💡 What Makes Us Different
Unlike standard neurodivergent resources that focus mainly on definitions or service lists, Feeling Visible is about making support practical and relational.
-
We design for children and adults together, not just professionals.
-
We prioritise emotional clarity over technical jargon.
-
We anchor every resource in trust, safety, and visibility.
🕯️ Looking Ahead
Feeling Visible continues to grow through collaboration. Each toolkit, each guide, is part of a larger vision: a world where every child feels understood, and every adult feels supported.
We invite you to explore, adapt, and share these guides — and to join us in making invisible needs visible.
